it’s a sad sad world we live in when the majority of players believe a game is based on cash shop items to help you win in PvP.
games are something to play, entertainment, fun, enjoyment, practice, skill. a game is not “HURRR DURRR I BAIS STUFF AND PWN YUO WIF MA LEET SWARD! DERP DERP DERP”

it’s almost been a month since my last post already, time fucking flies huh.
so what’s up, been playing a game called Allods Online that Moogie introduced me to (introduced meaning grabbed me a beta key and said “go here, do this, play”) and it turns out to be a fun little game, I can’t be bothered to go into major detail but this is the FIRST game I’ve played where I’ve actually tried a magic / Int based character instead of a tanking / HP based one. and it’s a Healer at that, but I’m having a lot of fun with it. I capped out on the US beta (level limit is 10 for the beta) and was just randomly running around, we decided we’d go to the EU version when it’s ready, events in our own time zone, english people, and no stupid american kids WIN! so now I’m waiting for that to go to open beta or live, as the CBT1 launch is the 19th Nov. the DAY before L4D2 is released in the UK (And I fucking hate the fact America gets it 3 days beforehand, the 17th, which is tomorrow!) thus I’m gonna be fully goddamn occupied for a good long while getting achievements, wreaking havoc and laughing my ass off with Seth and the gang, then theres the fact I need to spend some more time with Fidget, not that we don’t spend enough, but we need some good stay-in-bed-aaaaaaall-fuckin-day-and-snuggle time. so with that setup, I’ma be busy enough to bypass the first beta for Allods, and not really miss much as everyone’s wiped.
outside of gaming, I’ve got an idea I want for a vector, and turn it into a nice wallpaper and probably signature too, but I’ve yet to find a decent source photo, it may be I have to find separate sources for each of the participating characters and get creative with vectoring them separately then merging them all together for a wall. we’ll see when I actually ge some spare time after I’ve got 1000/1000gs on L4D2. I’m not stopping til I have it WOO!

this person had asked me if star wars battlefront (1) would work on his xbox 360, as star wars battlefront 2 (original xbox) works fine. this would be true and dandy, if we had the battlefront 1 on original xbox. no, it’s a playstation game. He had asked me if he could play a playstation game on his xbox 360 ¬_¬
some people don’t deserve powerful consoles, especially ones who don’t even use them to full capacity, LIVE is there for a reason.
I mean, that question is like asking ‘Does the BNP party go out on a date with the conservative party?’ ‘Does England like Germany? does England even like itself?’
