Since I last posted I have again, been back and forth from Fidget’s, thanks to some lazy ass whom i shall not mention there is still not a net connection up there, however, I did have a few things happen;
first of all, after all my bad luck with computers, and eventually buying a new one, I thought my ill luck had run dry, seems not though, my monitor decided to asplode on me, a quick slap upside the head, and it worked again briefly, but after that, no dice. Panther is fixing it at the moment, or is at least trying, I’m using one of his spares at the moment, he seems to accumulate this sort of stuff from any and everyone.
I also got down and dirty with a book, yeas I actually read a book, what with the monitor dead, I decided to read the hobbit, and finished it rather quickly, it was a good read that had me laughing all the way through, I’m looking to read the Silmarillion next (should have read that first i know) then the LOTR saga, and finish it up with the riftwar saga, those will come in time, I have other things to do right now.
bringing me to my next point, I can has 360? you bet I can, and elite at that, and a choice of games, gold membership, and a big hug to go with. I had got a bit tired with constantly trying new online rpg’s to find somewhere to get stuck into, so I figured I should just keep my ‘online’ play to console games, as these days they seem a hell of a lot more reliable then clone content and bashing little pink blobs with faces. I was lucky enough to have all of this bought for me too, Fidget <3
outside of that I’ve barely been watching much anime, going over a few films with Fidget, and catching up on the series I’ve been watching for a while, some of which have now ended, I’m so out of touch with that genre now I don’t even know what series are coming up next or have just started, nor am I really that interested, I watched so much of the stuff when I couldn’t play games that I guess I got bored of it a bit, starting to see resemblances in totally unrelated series. a good break from that will do justice, methinks.
eh Music-wise, I guess my most recent exploration was going back to something I had liked when I found it but never really clicked or bothered to get. that would be the OST for IAHGames ‘Granado Espada’ I absolutely loved that game, it was well built, looked beautiful and plenty for you to do, then it went p2p, then not, then p2p again, then not, and now it’s had so many expansions additions and tweaks that it barely resembles what i once knew. not to mention I’d be way behind anyone who was playing when i was, which was from the opening of it. So anyway, I finally found and grabbed the OST from this game and have added it to my library for good listenings.
not much else I can mention, I think. hmm. nope, that’s about it… ja~ o/

Totally forgot about this for a while, then had a week without internet, guess I should get back on the ball.
Ok, firstly, all last week without internet I was busy moving Fidget into a new house of her own, building stuff, cleaning, gardening, all the extras that needed to be done because theh ouse had been empty for a while, it was a fun week and the house really feels like home now (I feel kinda weird being away from it) despite it’s lack of internet (it’ll have some soon)
topped off the week with going to strawberry fair on saturday, watching a band of Fidgets work colleague, and wandering around, weaving amongst the hippies and drunk people, eating donuts and looking at shiny stuff. on the norm, not much has gone on because I was away, played Oblivion while I hadn othing else to do up there mucking about on that is always fun, been playing a game called S4 before I went away, sort of like gunz, but with a ’sport’ orientation to it. kinda fun, cartoony graphics and easier to play, friendlier people, haven’t seen a hack yet, just some bad lag ^^
no updates for the sro pserver yet it seems, and looks liek a few people have turned bot, or quit and sold their chars, since my time away, not that i knew them all that well, nothing much else really to taslk about.

Stuff! I’ve been a lil busy for once, and haven’t bothered to make time for this bit, however, I’m here now.
Betty has had her litter of kittens, she’s barely over a year herself, it wqas her first season and her first litter, she gave birth to two kittens without any troubles at all, the wriggly little buggers are black furred, with white under bellies, one has a white stripe down it’s nose, the fur is short on one (stripey nosed) and a mix of short andl ong on the other, they’re cute, fluffy, loud and wriggly, I’ve aptly named them Havoc (with the stripe down it’s nose) and Mayhem, there’s a few pics on my facebook. but for ease of non FBers here’s a link

on the side from this happening, I’ve been playing a few games off of mmorpg.com and onrpg.com, some I’ve played before, some I haven’t, none really picked my fancy but were ok to spare me from a hour or two from boredom, I tried Lunia again, this time by a different company, so I had to re-register, but my alias already existed, as if the database was kept, kind of annoying, that. also, they had completely changed out the game, making it easier for annoying little fucktards to play after school, ruined the uniqueness that game had, I also got to play Crossfire, which, in all honesty, is a pile of shit, it was supposed to be a decent mmofps, on par with CS but with a few tweaks about it, but the thing just looks like doom cross some shit ps1 shooter. that was a disappointment. So, what with the Pserver for SRO nearing, I’ve not had much interest in trying stuff, yet needed something to kill the time of waiting, as it’s an unkown expanse of time, I could be waitign a long time. I decided to finally go and try WoW (yeah, boo-hiss, nightbloom, purple elf secks blah blah blah xP) despite mixed opinions of the game I just played it how it was, something new to me, and it managed to hold my attention for the rest of the night, the npc’s talk to you, the mobs are recycled once in a while, but well made and challenging, there’s treasure hidden all over the place, I can go invisible (WITHOUT HAVING TO GET TO LEVEL 60; take note Luna) and I get to do one of my favourite past times. stab things! quests are actually pretty decent to, there’s a variety to them, the rewards are good (at low level, I’ve not gotten high, nor will I, 10 day trial :< ) and the requirements to level aren’t so bad, there’s also a handy little thing that if you hang out at an Inn, or logout there, spending time in this ’safe’ little area will grant you a certain amount of ‘bonus xp’ basically at a set time this indicator on your exp bar goes across the screen, and until the xp ‘fill’ meets that bar, any mob you kill gives you 200%, killing less for more, making it easier to level if you take your time, always good, I’ve come across a couple of high level people on my travels, of whom, all have stopped, asked me if I wanted help, or gave me a defence buff or two, I even came across a Dwarf, (I’m Horde, Dwarf Alliance, he was killing people) but the short git couldn’t get me, I had climbed on top of a wagon in Brill \o/
The cost of playing this game does put me off, buy the game, buy the expansion, then buy time to play, all that comes to about £60 at the moment, then about 10 for ach month after or somesuch. However, I may be tempted to play it for a while, given the Pserver doesn’t go as planned, and Moogie doesn’t drag me off to Aion or something. WoW aside, there’s a game I have my eye on at the moment, it’s ‘coming 2009′ so could be here any time at all, it’s called Aika, a sort of sro cross WoW feel to it, mixed in with a bit of Granado Espada (it has guns in it woo!) there’s a trailer for it on the gpotato site section for it, and I just liked the look of it. obviously from the trailer there’s already a korean or somesuch version, and that was a high level castle siege of some sorts. I’ll be at least giving it a go, out of pure interest for the hope of something in it being unique.
I think that’s about it. oh, apart from the pidgeon I shot yesterday that flew off, then me and Fidget found it a bit later when walking the dog, it had flown to another tree, sat down, died, fell out, hit the floor, and got riggor mortis, was still in it’s sitting position, so i rolled it over, looked like it was sleeping on the floor, so funny.
